VeterUSA listings are built from public business data, and public data ages. If something about your clinic’s listing is wrong — or you want it gone — this page is the whole process.

Fix a listing

Email [email protected] from your clinic’s email address with what’s wrong: hours, phone, address, 24/7 status, services, species treated, website. We confirm it against your website or a quick call and update the listing — usually within 48 hours. Corrections are always free, forever.

Claim and verify

Clinics that confirm their full details with us get a “✓ Verified on [date]” line on their listing — the single most reassuring thing a worried pet owner can see. While the program is new, verification is free.

Remove a listing

Want the listing removed entirely? Email from the clinic’s address and say so. We’ll remove it within 7 days and confirm when it’s done. (We’d rather correct than remove — a right listing helps pet owners find you in an emergency — but it’s your call.)

Report a closed clinic

If you’re a pet owner who drove to a clinic that’s closed or whose hours were wrong, tell us which clinic and what happened. Those reports get priority — wrong emergency information is the worst thing this site can carry, and we treat it that way.
