Refund Policy

Paid things on VeterUSA are cheap on purpose, and the refund rules are just as plain.

Job postings — $99 / 30 days

• Before your posting goes live: full refund, any reason, no questions. Email us and it’s done.
• After it’s live: no partial refunds for unused time — it’s $99 and the work is done. But if the role fills early, we’ll swap the slot to your next open role for the rest of the term, free.
• If we mess up (wrong details, posting late, a mistake we made): we fix it immediately and extend the run or refund you — your pick.

Featured listings — $149 / month

• Cancel any month before renewal and you won’t be billed again. No partial-month refunds.
• If a featured placement doesn’t go live as described, the month is free.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email you paid with and what you’d like (refund, swap, fix). We answer within one business day and process refunds through PayPal to the original payment method. No retention scripts, no “are you sure” gauntlet.
